Review chapter 11-16 from book entitled : Goals!

Assalamualaikum wr.wb

Hello guys welcome back to my blog for review inspirational book entitled Goals! . And this is the last chance for review this book , in this chance i want review from chapter 11 untill chapter 16 , and check this out :

Chapter Eleven is telling about "Become An Expert In Your Field" :

In our economic system, your income will be determined by three factors: first, what you do; second, how well you do it; and third, the difficulty of replacing you. One of the qualities of top people is that, at a certain point in their careers, they decided to “Commit to Excellence.” They decided
to be the best at what they do. They decided to pay any price, make any sacrifice, and invest any amount of time necessary to become very good in their chosen fields. And as a result of this decision, they pulled away from the pack of average performers and moved themselves upward into the income category where today they earn three, four, five and ten times as much as their peers who have not made this commitment.

Chapter Twelve is telling about "Get Around The Right People" :

The more people you know, and who know you in a positive
way, the more successful you will be at anything you attempt. One
person, at the right time, in the right place, can open a door for you
that can change your life and save you years of hard work.

Chapter Thirteen is telling about "Make A Plan of Action" :

Your ability to set goals and make plans for their accomplishment is the “master skill” of success. There is no other skill that will help you more in fulfilling your potential in achieving everything that you are able to accomplish.

Chapter Fourteen is telling about "Manage Your Time Well" :

To achieve all your goals, and become everything you are capable of becoming, you must get your time under control. Psychologists generally agree that a “sense
of control” is the key to feelings of happiness, confidence, power and personal
well-being. And a sense of control is only possible when you practice excellent
time management skills.

Chapter Fifteen is telling about "Review Your Goals Daily" :

There are many techniques that can help you to achieve your personal and financial goals faster. In this chapter, I want to share
with you a special method that has taken more people from rags to riches than any other single method ever discovered. It is simple, fast, effective and guaranteed to work – if you will practice it.

Chapter Sixteen is telling about
"Visualize Your Goals Continually"

You possess and have available to you virtually unlimited mental powers. The average person is unaware of these powers and fails to use them for goal attainment. That is why his or her results are only average.

When you begin to tap into and unleash the power of your subconscious and superconscious minds, you will often achieve more in a year or two than the average person achieves in a lifetime. You
will start moving more rapidly toward your goals than you can currently imagine.

And i think that's all from me , thank you for reading my posting , see you on next blog 🙏

Review Chapter 6-10 from book entitled Goals!

Assalamualaikum wr.wb

Hello guys welcome back to my blog for review inspirational book entitled Goals! . As we know , in the previous post i have shared review from chapter 1-5 , now i want to share my personal review from chapter 6-10 . And here we go :

Chapter 6 is tell about Decide Upon Your Major Definite Purpose :

Since you become what you think about most of the time, a major definite purpose gives you a focus for every waking moment. As Peter Drucker said, “Whenever you find something getting done, you find a monomaniac with a mission.”
The more you think about your major definite purpose, and how to achieve it, the more you activate the Law of Attraction in your
life. You begin to attract to you people, opportunities, ideas and resources that help you to move more rapidly toward your goal, and move your goal more rapidly toward you. By the Law of Correspondence, your outer world of experience will correspond and harmonize with your inner world of goals.

Chapter 7 is telling about Analyze Your Beliefs :

Perhaps the most important of all mental laws is the Law of Belief. This law says that, whatever you believe, with conviction, becomes your reality. You do not believe what you see; you see what you already believe. You actually view your world through a lens of beliefs, attitudes, prejudices and preconceived notions. “You are not
what you think you are, but what you think, you are.” In the Old Testament, it says, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” This means that, you always act on the outside based on your innermost beliefs and convictions about yourself.

Chapter 8 is telling about Start at the Beginning :

Imagine that you were going to take a long trip across the country. The first thing you would do would be to choose your
destination and then get a road map to determine the very best way to get there. Each day, before you started out, you would locate yourself on a map relative to where you are and where you plan to go in the hours ahead. Life is very much the same.

Chapter 9 is telling about Measure Your Progress :

You have incredible mental powers that you habitually fail to use to their full extent. By systematically setting goals for your life and making detailed plans to achieve them, you will save yourself years of hard work in reaching the same level of success. Goal setting enables you to use vastly more of your thinking powers than the
average person. Your conscious mind is the “head office” of your life. Its role is to deal with the information in your environment and then to identify, analyze, compare it against other information and then to decide what actions to take.

Chapter 10 is telling about Eliminate the Roadblocks :

The fact is that successful people fail far more often than unsuccessful people. Successful people try more things, fall down, pick themselves up and try again, over and over again before they win through. Unsuccessful people try a few things, if they try at all, and very soon quit and go back to what they were doing before.

Finally , i think from that review we can get some motivation for improve our own personality, it is hoped that after we know what we have to do we can realize it in our daily lives.

Review chapter 1-5 from book entittled Goals!

Title : Goals! (How to Get Everything You Want — Faster Than You Ever Thought Possible ).
By: Brian Tracy
Pages : 432
Chapter : 21

Hello guys! In this opportunity i would like to review book entitled Goals! (How to Get Everything You Want — Faster Than You Ever Thought Possible ) by Brian Tracy , and i want to review this book chapter by chapter . There is 21 chapter in this book , and i will review 5 chapter every post.

First chapter is about "Unlock Your Potential" , it is important for the readers because if the readers get the point from this tittle , the readers can know the deepest potential of them , and in this book the writter said that :

“The potential of the average person is like a huge ocean unsailed, a
new continent unexplored, a world of possibilities waiting to be released and
channeled toward some great good.”

It's means your ability to set goals is the master skill of success. Goals unlock your positive mind and release ideas and energy for goal attainment. Without goals, you simply drift and flow on the currents of life. With goals, you fly like an arrow, straight and true to your target.

And second chapter tell about "Take Charge Of Your Life".

“A man, as a general rule, owes very little to what he is born with – a man is
what he makes of himself.” (Alexander Graham Bell)

The writter tell a story when he was 21, he was broke and living in a small one-room apartment, in the middle of a very cold winter, working on a construction job during the day. He usually couldn’t afford to go out of his apartment in the evenings, where at least it was warm, so he had a lot of time to think. One night as he sat there at my small kitchen table, he had a great flash of awareness. It changed my life. He suddenly realized that everything that happened to me for the rest of his life was going to be up to me. No one else was ever going to help him. No one was coming to the rescue. He was thousands of miles from home with no intentions of going back for a long time. He saw clearly at that moment that if anything in his life were going to change, it would have to begin with me. If he didn’t change, nothing else would change. He wasr esponsible.

After that in third chapter "Create Your Own Future"

“You will become large as your controlling desire; or as great as your dominant aspiration.” (James Allen)

In more than 3300 studies of leaders conducted over the years, there is a special quality that stands out, one quality that all great leaders have in common. It is the quality of vision. Leaders have vision. Non-leaders do not. Earlier I said that the most important discovery in all of human history is that, “You become what you think about — most of the time.” What is it then that leaders think about, most of the time? And the answer is that leaders think about the future and where they are going, and what they can do to get there. Non-leaders, on the other hand, think about the present, and the pleasures and problems of the moment. They think and worry about the past, and what has happened that cannot be changed.
Next in fourth chapter tell about "Clarify Your Values"

“One universe made up of all that is: and one God in it all, and one
principle of being, and one law, the reason shared by all thinking creatures,
and one truth.” (Marcus Aurelius)

One of the most important characteristics of leaders, and top people in every area of life, is that they know who they are, what they believe in and what they stand for. Average people are usually confused about their goals, values and ideals, and as a result, they go back and forth and accomplish very little. Men and women who become leaders, on the other hand, with the same or even fewer abilities and opportunities, go onto accomplish great things in whatever they attempt. Life is lived from the inside out. The very core of your personality is your values. Your values are what make you the person you are. Everything you do on the outside is dictated and determined by your values on the inside, whether clear or fuzzy. The greater
clarity you have regarding your values on the inside, the more precise and effective will be your actions on the outside.
Furthermore in fifth chapter Determine Your True Goals.

“Realize what you really want. It stops you from chasing butterflies
and puts you to work digging gold.” (William Moulton Marsden)

My favorite word in goal setting, and in success in general, is the word “Clarity.” There is a direct relationship between the level of clarity you have about who you are and what you want, and virtually everything you accomplish in life. Superior men and women invest the time necessary to develop absolute clarity about themselves and what they really want, like designing a detailed blueprint for a building, before they begin construction. Average people just throw themselves at life, like a dog chasing a passing car, and wonder why they never seem to catch anything, or keep anything worthwhile. Henry David Thoreau once wrote, “Have you built your castles in the air? Good. That is where they should be built. Now, go to work and build foundations under them.”
Thanks for your great attention , and see you again in the next posting .

Review a book entitled (The Last Lecture)

Assalamualaikum wr.wb

Firstly , i want to say hamdalah because on this day i can finish my project in post intermediate reading lesson , and you need to know that this is my fifth , in this post i will  give some experience or knowledge after i read a novel , and you can see below what kinds of novel which i read  , check this out :

Tittle : The Last Lecture
Author : Randy Pausch (Professor, Carnigie Mellon)
Page : 224

Synopsis :

This book is the true story of the author, Randy Pausch, a lecturer in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, who gave the last lecture in his life. This is related to the diagnosis of advanced stage pancreatic cancer that he obtained, which according to medical predictions only leaves 3-6 months of healthy time in the world. A sad story that drains tears? Not at all. Because, as the author revealed at the beginning of his narrative, "It's not about dying — it is about living."

From the lecture entitled "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dream", this book was written, complete with stories about its preparation, as well as the accompanying emotions. Intended disguised on the three young children, the last lecture was intended to motivate and guide them in living their lives. The biggest point he emphasized in it was optimism and courage to dream - because of the dream of all achievements starting. Of course not only dared to dream, but also dared to work hard and face all obstacles. Randy also revealed various dreams through fragments of his childhood stories. Also the long journey he took to make it happen. With his inspirational upbringing, Randy the dreamer grew up to be a young man who likes to work hard, always be optimistic, and really appreciate time. From his father he also learned to understand that being the greatest hard worker in the world was more meaningful than being elitist behind a mediocre desk. This principle was held by him since he studied, became an outstanding lecturer, until later it also became imageneer at Disney World — one of his childhood dreams that came true.

Although motivating someone to be brave enough to face all obstacles, Randy's last lecture was not negligent in talking about failure. Failure after all struggles still contribute something valuable, namely experience. More than that, success and failure are the end result, and the long process towards the end result is the most important. Or in other words, the struggle to achieve life's goals is one big thing. But behind it is hidden another bigger thing, which is how to live life itself.

And it's all the point which i get from that book , i think it can motivate us to be more courageous and optimistic in living a life that sometimes is not in accordance with our wishes .

The comparation of educational system in Indonesia and Finland

Assalamualaikum wr.wb

Hello guys welcome back with me , here i would like to tell you the differences between educational system in Indonesia and Finland , it can give us an advantages because with know the differences of it , we can compare also we can adopt educational system from other nations , and this is the differences between educational system in Indonesia and Finland :

First , Finnish students only face one national exam once when they are 16 years old. Unlike students in Indonesia, almost every semester there is an examination. Not only that, students in Finland get a break of almost 3 times longer than students in other countries, minimal homework. But with that free system they can learn better and become smarter.

Second , Finland understands that teachers are the most influential people in improving the quality of education for their future generations. Therefore, Finland invests heavily to improve the quality of its teaching staff. Not only quality, the Finnish government also ensures there are enough teachers for optimal intensive learning. There are 1 teacher for 12 students in Finland, a ratio that is much higher than other countries. So the teacher can give special attention to each child, not just standing in front of the class. If Indonesia wants to be as advanced as Finland in education, our teachers should also get this good support.

Third , Finland determines that children can enter school after the age of 7 years. This age is considered appropriate to start learning activities because the child's brain has begun to mature to receive knowledge. Whereas in Indonesia, children have started school from an early age. Even since the age of 4 years, children have entered playgroup.

So this is the comparation educational system in Indonesia and Finlandia , with that comparation we can know more the differences both of them , in curriculum 2013 Indonesia have a system with the named "student center learning (SCL)" but it still not effective because the facilities not support this system . Our government don't only focus to repair the system but also focus to upgrade the facilities , and i think it will be better if Indonesia also adopt the educational system from Finland , because most of nation in the world trust that Finland have a best educational system.

Men are like mars and women are like venus

Hello guys , how are u today? I hope you are in good condition , of course . Today i will share some review from book : man are from mars and women are from venus , the author of this book is Jhon gray P.hD . And then i choose a part that make me interested with tittle "man are like rubber ban" , Here we go.

For your information , especially for girls. The men is like the rubber band that stretched, men will abstain and then back by itself. When he has fully away, then immediately he will be coming back. When he fully separated, suddenly he will feel the need to love and intimacy again. It will automatically more motivated to give her love and receive love needed. When a man came back, he took the relationship at the level of intimacy anything as he away. He did not feel the need for a period get back again.

Sometimes women misinterpret man distanced herself, whereas the men withdraw when talk not because he felt something bad, men just want to own first and later after that he will be back can even more shows of love more than usual, it happens because when men aloof he will experience conditions very lonely and feel the need the presence of women back by his side.

Finally , we can know the characteristic of man , basically as men i agree with this statement which analogize men as rubber band . And tips for women if you discuss with ur boyfriend but ur boyfriend pull out of discussions, let him like that and wait until he want to start the conversation back, for sure he will more shows that he was really very love you *ROTFL*.

Naming tradition in croatia 🇭🇷

Assalamualaikum wr.wb

Hello guys , welcome back to my blog , in this opportunity i will share several information about naming tradition in Croatia , basicly i choose Croatia because
Croatian names follow complex and unique lettering, structuring, composition, and naming customs that have considerable similarities with most other European name systems, and with those of other Slavic peoples in particular.

And first i want to share the history behind the person's name in Croatia , since their 7th century arrival in today's homeland, Croats have used Slavic names. Through the following centuries, foreign names were also accepted, especially those that mark Christian faith. However, Slavic names remained dominant until the Council of Trent (1545–63) when the Catholic churchdecided that every Christian should have Christian name instead of native one. This lasted until the 19th century, when Croats again started to use neglected traditional names—especially those of mediæval Croatian kings and dukes.

Second the most popular name in Croatia based on census in 2011 , for male names are IvanMarkoJosipStjepan and Tomislav, and the most common female names include MarijaAna and Ivana. Moreover there is famous person in Croatia who have names like Danijel Subasic , Luka Modric , Mateo Kovacic and in my opinion this name very unique because all end with the same letter (C) .

Finally , we can know how the parents in Croatia give the names for they children based on the history of their country . but in globalization era unusual and exotic names of various cultures have also gained in wide spread popularity.

Thank's for read my article , see you on the next article , wassalamu'alaikum wr.wb

Meaning of my name

Hello my beloved friends , what's up! This is my first post , and i would like to share a story about my name , check this out gengs !

For your information my name is Muhamad Choerul Adlie Rafqie , i don't know why my parents give me the name like that , but after i search the meaning of my name , i know there is big hopes from my parents .

First i want to tell you about the meaning of my name one by one , "Muhamad" is name of the last prophet who has several meaning such as commendable , perfect , good , etc. "Choerul" mean that i must have a good behavior , and then "Adlie" mean that i must be fair for all things , also "Rafqie" mean that i must be friendly . I think it's a good name and i like it! but i think it's too long *LOL* , because i must spend much time to write my name in national exam and i hate it *ROTFL*.

And because of it , if i have a children i want to give a simple name , for example if i have a son i want to give his name is Muhamad Nauzan Rasyid , i hope sometimes my son will be a smart leader .  And if i have a daughter i want to give her name is Elmeera Faheema , it's a beautiful name i think , because it mean that she must be a wise woman i hope.

While if i should choose western name for my son or daughter , for my son i want to give his name is like Justin , Steven , William and for my daughter i want to give her name is like shakeera , khareen , jeniffer .

But actually i don't like the western name because i think isn't suitable with culture in my region especially in my family , i prefer to give name for my son or daughter with the islamic names .

Finally we can know , name is so important for us , there is a hopes from our parents to they child , therefore we must ask our parents what the meaning of our names , i think it can be motivate us in living life .
